Accrediations, Damp Treatment Guarantees & Insurance
We are Full Contractor Members of the Property Care Association (PCA) formerly, the British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association. To attain & maintain this we abide by their code of conduct, have regular unannounced visits for audit by PCA officers and have a team of qualified surveyors. Professional Indemnity insurance must also be taken out by us to safeguard your investment.

Damp Treatment Guarantees
Prestige Preservation will not compromise on quality and this is one reason why we have been trading since 1984. This is why we are happy to tell you that we provide, as standard, our own business 10 years guarantee because we intend to around for a long time yet. However, if you prefer you can purchase, as an optional extra, an additional guarantee underwritten by GPI.
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Professional indemnity insurance provides you with additional peace of mind. Prestige Preservation are covered up to £500,000; so should we not identify an issue that is later recognised, it will be covered by our insurance. Particularly important with work like tanking cellars and damp proof courses.
