Lee - Director/ surveyor

Lee has been a director at Prestige Preservation for 33 years. Lee covers the West Midlands;  areas include Birmingham, Leamington Spa and Stratford. Lee is a keen sailor, enjoys keeping active and has an interest in motor racing.

From working in the industry for so many years Lee is well qualified holding nationally recognised professional qualifications for surveyors in the remedial property industry; these include being a Certificated surveyor in remedial treatments (CSRT), Certificated surveyor in structural waterproofing (CSSW). Lee also recently qualified as an Associate chartered building engineer (ACBE).

A normal day for Lee includes being office and field based, carrying out damp and timber surveys for contractors, local authorities, private clients or Pre-home purchase surveys etc. Lee has expertise in structural waterproofing and often undertakes surveys for cellar conversions, basement waterproofing and tanking systems. Lee has excellent technical knowledge, over 30 years of experience and is always willing to go the extra mile to help his clients.

 

Ian Loftus - Surveyor

Ian Loftus (or Lofty as his affectionately known) joined Prestige preservation 3 years ago as a surveyor and has been a huge asset to the company ever since.

Ian moved from Rudders and Paynes where he was based in and around Worcester for 11 years.

Having worked in the industry for so many years he is well qualified holding the nationally recognised professional qualification for surveyors in the remedial property industry. He is a Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments (CSRT). He also has expertise in structural waterproofing and is an experience qualified Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) undertaking surveys for cellar conversions and basement waterproofing tanking systems.

A normal day for Ian is being both office and field based carrying out damp and timber surveys for building contractors, local authorities, private clients and Pre-home purchase surveys, etc. Ian covers Worcester and other areas such as Bridgenorth, Cheltenham and Stourbridge. Ian has great geographical knowledge of the area, years of experience and excellent technical knowledge. In his spare time Ian enjoys fishing, bird watching and eating olives.

 

Don Anderson - Surveyor

Don Anderson started in the industry in 1971, he covers the Wolverhampton area such as Penn, Tettenhall and Walsall. Don has built relationships with estate agents in the area carrying out timber and damp surveys and is regarded as a friendly face.

A normal day for Don is being both office and field based carrying out Timber and Damp surveys for Private clients, Contractors and Pre-Purchase surveys etc. Don has excellent knowledge in the industry and over 50 years of experience , he is friendly and hard working. After over nearly 50 years in the business, Don doesn't have many hobbies as such however he is interested in his family history and he has two Grandchildren who keep him well occupied!

 

Wendy

Wendy has been with Prestige Preservation Ltd for 11 Years and is based in the Kidderminster office. Wendy has an excellent understanding of the industry and is always happy to help!

A normal day for Wendy includes taking bookings for surveys, handling telephones, assisting with booking in works and taking other enquiries. 

Wendy is a keen gardener has an interest in home renovations and enjoys socialising with friends.

 

 

 

 

Karen

Karen

Karen has been working at Prestige Preservation since March 2019, having previously worked in Residential Lettings.

Karen’s days are spent answering calls, dealing with survey enquiries and bookings, typing up reports and generally helping with the day to day running of a busy office.

She loves to spend time with her husband and two sons, as well as socialising with friends.

A keen netballer, Karen plays in the local league and also keeps fit walking her dog, Ziggy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Alfie - Office Dog

Alfie has been part of Prestige Preservation for a number of years and is a valuable member of our team. Alfie's day usually consists of greeting staff and clients, looking cute and sleeping.

Alfie is a friendly member of the team who loves coming in and doing a day at the office. Alfie likes tummy rubs, sleep, attention and walks.
